Restoration 1 of Chester/Delaware County is growing fast and looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of jobs and drive them from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing mitigation projects (water, fire, mold), leading crews, and ensuring jobs are completed quickly, correctly, and profitable.
What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:
- Manage jobs from intake to completion
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors
- Communicate with customers and adjusters
- Ensure proper documentation, drying, and job execution
- Keep jobs moving and close them out efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Restoration experience (water/fire/mold)
- Experience with Xactimate & estimating
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Takes ownership and gets things done

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
